Saniya completed her Masters in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School, City University, London, and holds an Honours degree in the Bachelor of Commerce from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). She is also a qualified lawyer (L.L.B. from the University of Meerut), which provides a crucial legal perspective to her advice.

Her extensive professional experience lies in accounting, book-keeping, corporate finance, audit and valuation, utilizing these foundational skills to inform business strategy and operational management.
